Is there a way to do a reverse email search on Yahoo! NOT by name?

No. Not on Yahoo and, for all practical purposes, no where.

There were directories like Bigfoot and Switchboard where people could submit their name and email address, allowing others to search for their name by email address. And while some of these sites are still around, the data is so out-of-date they are virtually worthless.

In the Age of Spam, nobody volunteers their information to such directories anymore.

Your best bet, although it is a long shot, is to Google it. Maybe the person left their name and email address on a forum post or web page.

In short, the only reliable way to connect a name to an email address is if the person volunteers that information or otherwise makes it easy for you.
