Is there a way to download captions for movies that don't have them?

I got the DVD "Intermission" and I would really like my friend to watch it with me, but she wears a hearing aid, and needs the captions to understand whats going on in the film. Is there any place online that you could download the captions? or something like that, and have them play while you're watching on the computer?

Theres got to be a way, I even need the lyrics, because the Irish accent is so thick in this movie.

I'm sorry, but I have never heard of downloading captions, especially online.  If you have the DVD, you could try to get captions on your Television set.  or they are called CC.  There are usually options on your television.  I don't know how to download anythign like that online.
