Is there a way to download/capture this CSPAN video stream?

I tried Fraps, it did nothing. I tried WM Record 12 and it doesn't recognize the extension... The CSPAN stream is clearly an FLV but if you've ever navigated around their website they are pretty much a trash heap of partially working video formats... Any ideas or suggestions that might work?

You can download videos with RealPlayer.

It works really well.
