Is there a way to download psp video 9 to a flash drive so I can put it on my other computer?

My other computer doesnt have access to the web so im trying to put psp video9 on a flash drive and put it on my other computer. Any ideas on how to do it? ive tried a zip file but it doesnt seem to work.

no, to use psp9 you must have web access

there are numerous other programs out there that dont require the web to use.
