Is there a way to find out if I have Siblings?

I don't know my real Dad, I never have, but I'm wondering if I have any half brothers or sisters out there. I can't go to a reunion site because I guarantee he isn't looking for me... last time I heard he was in prison... but yeah... is there a way I can find information on him or something to find out???
