Is there a way to find out if a package enter into the country of italy?

if i have the custom number from united states. is there a website that i can check.

If you sent it with the US Postal service then (it has been my experience) you can only track it to the port of exit.

I've seen that you can track packages - from origin to destination - only with the major courier companies such as DHL, UPS, FedEx......

If you shipped it with ups or fedex then they track. If you shipped with the post office you are most of the time out of luck once it leaves the country. If you put insurance or track the post office maybe able to help you a little but they still may not be able to find the box. Custom number does track anything.
