Is there a way to find out which cemetery someone is buried at? (By using their name and state of burial).

My mother had died 7 years ago and I want to visit the grave that she is at but I do not remember the cemetery and I lost the obituary, and no one can remember where its at. Thanks!

Use the Internet and type her name or last name.  Some Cemeteries will post a list of everyone buried on it's grounds.  I found this by accident looking for lost relatives and ended up finding my grandmother and uncle burial records.

Do you at least know the town that she was buried? If you do you can go there and look through their periodicals at the library and find the obituary that should have the name of it.. Thats sad no one remembers which means no one visits? :(
