Is there a way to fix my sony cybershot's screen? (details inside)?

The screen of my sony cybershot was hit really hard, so when I turned it on there are these weird colored, vertical lines (it's an LCD screen by the way). I don't think I could send it back because it doesn't fall under the warranty. Is there any other possible way this could be fixed?

Your options are send it in for a costly repair, replace the camera, or live with the broken display.
