Is there a way to get IKEA children's blankets in a Queen?

if u really like it that much buy like 2 or 3 and take it to a seamstress to sew into a huge one

buy the blanket and take it to a seamstress (some that do clothing will alter it for you, but some won't because of it's size - so call ahead and ask if they can.. if they can't try a local fabric/textile store since they almost always employ a seamstress or two)..
