Is there a way to get a background/wallpaper beghind the icons on an iTouch/iPhone?

I just got my iTouch and I was wondering if you can get a wallpaper, lets say a picture behind the icons of the iTouch instead of the black background. Any help? Thanks :]

I also have an iTouch and as far as I know you cannot.  Why? No idea! lol...

I went to the Settings icon and then General and nothing about screen wallpapers just the screen savers wallpaper! How annoying! lol...

I looked into this right when I got mine as well.  Although yours is considerably newer then mine. I have a G1.  But no, you cannot get a wallpaper background on the icon page as far as I know.

Hope I Helped and you should contact apple about adding this to one of their software updates! That would be an excellent suggestion!
