Is there a way to get a navigation system and stuff built into my car?

I looking to buy a new bmw but i don't have the money to upgrade to the 335xi right now and i got a good deal on the car. Is there any way i can get a built in system in a few months

You can either get a small one with up to a 4 inch screen mounted on the windshield (Tom Tom, Garmin, etc.) or get one in the dash from an aftermarket company.  Most new ones are Double DIN and I dunno if your Bimmer has that size or not (www.crutchfield.com can help with that if you don't know), but there are several used and probably a few new ones on ebay with a single DIN and navigation all in one.  One that comes to mind is the old Pioneer AVIC-N1 and N2.  Panasonic and Alpine also made one in a single DIN a while back.
