  1. LOL!!!! When I was in college for my first degree, I did just that. I hated math and tried to avoid it at all cost! I got a degree in Communications and only had to take one very basic algebra class. The down side of that was that I never used that degree and eventually went back to school for Medical Lab Technology which is almost all math. I ended up graduating with a 4.0 GPA! Who knew, I wasn't as bad at math as I thought I was. Good luck!

  2. No!  If it is a requirement there is absolutely no way around it! If there were ways around taking required classes u didn't like every1 would do it!

  3. nope :)

    but you could help me ? :) ---> http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?...

  4. Look for other schools. One school I went to (in Illinois called The College of DuPage) accepted a higher level psychology course over math related to my field requirements to obtain an AA degree. But ultimately it depends on your major, if your major uses math, there is no way around it, so it depends really on your major.

  5. It all depends on your college's curriculum requirements. Have a talk with your academic adviser and see if there's any alternate courses you can take.

  6. hmm if you weren't horrible in math i'd say take an AP course in high school, then if you pass the exam you get placed out of having to take it in college.

  7. no. just study hard, ask for help, seek a tutor and do whatever you need to pass it! good luck!
