  1. Yes you need to get an UPCONVERTER to update the video to DVD than put it on your computer.


  2. Yes you can, get a video capture card and use an editing software to edit and arrange your video. You can also use a product by pinnacle system called the dazzle which is an external video capture box and then you hook that up to your computer through usb. I have the box and use it with my mac and it work really well. Or if it all of this is to much hassle you can always find a place that does video conversion and see how much they would charge you to do a tape to dvd.

  3. Yes, all you need a 'video capture card' for your PC.

    It is basically an analog to digital video and sound converter.

    Once in your PC, then you can burn a DVD of the film(s).

  4. you need to get one of the players that has vhs and dvd together, some of the good ones can record but they cost alot.

  5. There are multiple ways.

    I would get a tv tuner card, install it into my pc, hook up a vcr, run the program that comes with the card, play the video, record it as a mpeg file, encode that as dvd format, then burn it onto a dvd.
