Yes. Go after the dad for child support and the court will make him pay for the DNA test. No cost to you.

If CSE cannot do it for free, you can go through the courts and ask them to waive all the fees.

if the child is on any kind of assistance Such as foodstamps or welfare. you should be able to get DNA  testing free.

If the father is questioning paternity, let him pay for it!  Some states their State Aid Program will pay for it and help with getting support you deserve.
