Is there a way to get in shape without shrinking my b*****s?

i'm 18

5'7", 115 pounds right now.

i'm not really in shape at all, and im wanting to get toned...

but im really worried that working out more will make my b*****s get smaller.

is there a way to workout without this happening, or is it inevitable?

i'll pick a best answer.

im 18% body fat right now, with a C-cup.

  1. First of all, you sound like you are at a good weight for you, if you have 18% body fat. Breast size is dependent on the fatty tissue in them so they should not shrink much if you do toning exercises. Pilate's is supposed to be really good for toning, and there are TONS of books on toning the body for women. Mainly you should just concentrate on muscle training. It won't make you look like a muscle-woman unless you overdo it by a lot and take hormone supplements.

    Also, to a lot of guys, b*****s are good no matter what size they are - different guys just have different preferences.


  2. you're underweight actually.

    if you're that tall with c-cup then it wouldn't hurt to lose only one cup. play tennis. it depends on the person where fat goes away first. i play tennis and my legs, butt, arms, upper body are toned, and i'm inbetween like a b and a c. but i weigh more than you at 16.

  3. 115 sounds really thin for your height..i'm 5'6" and i weigh somewhere b/w 120-125, I'm a small A... and people always tell me im really skinny (my mom thinks i need to eat more) and my BMI is in the normal range but only by a few points..C is pretty big for someone your weight, and I don't think exercise causes a decrease in cup size

    Wouldn't you feel more comfortable discussing the size of your titties with other women, say, in Women's Health?

  5. Exercise usually doesn't make you lose boob size. It's losing weight that will make them decrease in size. You sound very healthy and disciplined. A C cup for a 115 pound girl is pretty big, so if you do happen to lose some cleavage you will still look fine. Good luck

    n u will get toned and ur *** will get hard

    cardio for 20 minute or 30 the first week then increase ur cardion time

    if u run u will get ur b***s small

    other than that u sound cute right now
