I am a new driver and I have friends who say I can drive their cars but only if I have some sort of insurance. So I need insurance for a permited driver.

  1. Are you in the USA? If so, in all states (except possibly California) insurance follows the "owner" not the driver. It is unlikely, through any personal auto policy I am aware of, that you will get coverage as a non-owner.

  2. Great design, resourceful information,user-friendly layout should be a good place to answer your questions.http://car-insurance.easyideas4u.info/ca...

  3. you would be covered under their insurance if they gave you permission to drive their cars, as long as you do not live with them.  if you live in a household where no one owns a car, you can take out a non owners policy.
