Is there a way to get my money back from an online purchase?

I purchased somethin from store-wide-sale.com through google shopping over two weeks ago and i have not gotten anythin. ive tried contacting but they do not reply to my emails or calls, is there a way to get my money back from them? i doubt sending them another email askin for a refund will do any good, please help, thank you.

  1. There's only one other option. If you paid with a credit card or even a debit card, you may call your credit card company or bank and dispute the charges depending on their policy. They may temporarily credit you the amount then have you fillo ut a form to dispute the charges. They investigate and then decide whats happens from there. Good luck.


  2. Contact your credit card company immediately and have them dispute the charge,  this is the best route to go , since they are totally ignorring you, which is not a good sign,,

  3. Contact their payment provider whether it be paypal or google checkout or other by going to the site you can tell what they use (hopefully). Tell them it is taking way too long and should have contacted you by now its been 2 weeks and they usually have a 7 day policy. It is possible however that they shipped the 7th day and it may take a week to get to you. I once got an item shipped after a month (I order directly from the company I know and trust).  Haha, once you call the payment center trust me they will call you next day.
