is there a way i could get a still from videos from youtube?

when the video is playing press the print screen button (usually portrayed as PRTSC) button usually found at the top right of your keyboard above the bbackspacebutton. The go into paint or any photo software and paste (CTRL+V) then just crop the image untill youre happy with it

Sure, you can use windows movie maker or any builder of movies up to the semi professional like nero and you can save all the pictures you want (resolution and qualities depends a lot from movie format and quality)

You may find free or shareware programs to do it in the usual places in internet search for video editing or for frame extractors
