Is there a way to get pregnant with twins without medicine?

I am 23 years old and I have a 2 year old daughter. I would love to have twins. Twins are in my family, but they are very sporadic. Is there certain foods to eat? Drinks to drink? A certain position? Is there a way to get pregnant with twins or is it just up to my body?

its all up to how many eggs you ovulate that month. If your extremly fertile and one month you ovulate two eggs, and then you can have twins, if a fertalized egg splits, then you can get identical twins.

its up to your body there is nothing you can do to promote it, unless you take fertility drugs or have IVF

it's up to your body I know that women who are inseminated have a higher chance of having twins or more. but if twins runs in your family you do have a chance be happy with what ever you have.

It is up to your body . . . but women with a family history, over 35 or overweight have an increased chance for twins.
