Is there a way to get scraches of a cd?

You can go to an electronics store like Best buy, or probably even wallmart and buy a scratch repair kit.  It is around 20-30 dollars and will fix it pretty will.  If you have a family video rental place near your house they fix them for 5 dollars a piece.

I don't have any experience with the DIY kits, but there's a fellow here at work that has a disk polishing service.  He's done a couple for me; $5 each.  Worked great - discs came back looking just like new.  I'm betting you can track down someone in your area that does this sort of thing.  Start by calling a video rental place or a computer game shop and see who they use for resurfacing discs.
