Is there a way to get the remote telephatically?

i need to chage the channel and I'm a yard away from the remote, is there any way to get it without the usual getting up and getting it?

Yea, just stare and concentrate it may take a few hours, but dont give up

next time drill a hole and tie a string to it.....then when you want to change it again you can just tug and drag and there you go.....
