Is there a way to get the the OKA reserve in Quebec from the city of Montreal?

  1. Without a car forget it. It's to far. The only reserve you could walk to would be Akwasasnee across the Mercier Bridge in Montreal. You could walk there from Montreal. It would still be a good walk.


  2. You can get to Deux Montagnes by train.  Check to see if there is a bus from there.

  3. There are two ways to get there.

    First by train from the downtown train station that takes you to Deux Montagnes ( Two Mountains), from there a bus will take you to the OKA reserve.

    Second -  you can take the underground Metro ( orange) line to the Montmorency Station, ( end of the line). then take the # 88 bus to St.Eustache, then a bus to OKA.  It will take you about 1.5 hours
