  1. Hair only grows at a certain rate because hair growth is a result of the body shedding cells, and you can't speed that up.  You can however use vitamins to help your hair to be healthier, because any nutrients that go in your body come out in your hair.  Products can help your hair stay healthy and strong so that it doesn't break. But you can only expect about 1/2 inch per month.

  2. You can you Mane and Tail Shampoo.  It will also make your hair super strong.

  3. apply castor oil and sesame oil mixed together for 20 min  this helps in the growth of the hair. and  also apply curd mixed with lemon juice before washing hair  it will make ur hair shiny and softens them and a good remedy for dry scalp and frizziness

try these tips for hair loss, hair shine, dandruff and also best foods for hair

  4. there are some vitamins that you can take, but the best thing to do is keep your hair healthy and trim it every 6-8 weeks. hope i helped!

  5. nope.

    you cant.

the best way to "promote" hair growth is by massaging your scalp

    a lot.

and using good hair products and not damaging your hair at all.

  6. Don't put it up too much because the elastic bands in ponytail holders break your hair making it appear to take longer cause you have less.....does that make sense??

Also, if you don't want to take pre-natal's, that's fine....what makes hair grow faster in pre-natal's is the folic acid, maybe you can take a straight folic acid pill.

  7. Take a multivitamin that contains extra Biotin (around 10 mg) or use a silicon supplement such as Jarrow's Biosil.  It works, trust me.
