Is there a way to have joint computer administators?

Make as many user accounts as you want.  They can all be administrators.  Or only the ones you want.

No limit.

You can have more than one account with administrator privileges on the same computer.  It's better that each administrator have a separate account, for accountability, and security issues.

Need more info- what is the OS ? (Windows 98,XP, Vista?)

Several different ways to do this depending on what OS your using.

Create user accounts for each user and assign both of them to the "Administrators" group (not to be confused with the "Administrator" user).
