How can I get rid of that 'old, dry' flavor that results when coffee grounds have set on a shelf a little too long?

  1. Mix in some flavors, Like coconut , hazelnut, etc.. If you want your coffee to keep it's flavor, put it in the fridge. It keeps a long time.

  2. Put your coffee grounds in a plastic bag and put them in the freezer might help freshen them up...put them on a cookie sheet and retoast them in the oven.......

Also you can keep the can or jar in the refrigerator instead of on a shelf.

  3. Try add a pinch of salt, my mother use to do that, now she drinks instant coffee
