Is there a way to install speakers in a car and no one knows the original factory speakers are gone?

Yes, you need to know what size speakers you are replacing in the door rear deck or whereever and buy the same size. also, look at the location and and the new speakers and make sure there is no protrsion that will hinder the install below the factory grill. if the speakers tweeter sticks up, ther may be enough  depth to install a spacer to keep every thing hidden. Remember you need to measure Legnth, width, depth, and any front protrusions.
