  1. You have to move in order to lose flabbiness. Start taking your baby on walks outside- you can get fresh air and work out at the same time.

  2. at only 3 weeks postpartum, you are not at a point yet where you should be exercising beyond some stretches and walking. you need to wait until after your 6 week checkup to get into "real" exercising.

until then, just try to eat more healthfully- what you eat is just as important if not more so than exercising. cut out sugary foods, white flour, soda, etc. focus on fresh, healthy fruits and veggies, lean meats and dairy products made with skim milk.

  3. Breast feeding (and pumping) is how I kicked most of my weight but the other thing that I did was use my daughter as my "weights." Of course you must be careful with your fragile new born but, I would lift her slowly up and down in the air while I was standing, hold her there then bring her back down. Also, I would play airplane with her. (Lay on your back and bring your knees in to your chest then lay your baby on your shins, on her stomach and gently move your legs from left to right until you feel your muscles working.) Be creative... It will entertain baby and help tone you. Just be careful being only three weeks out of the hospital. Your body went through a lot and needs time to heal. Good luck!!!

  4. well breast feeding can help. but BASICALLY ... watch what you eat

-- and if u with the baby hold the baby .. do some situps.

work around it .. everything you do can be a work out just exaggerate it ,,

  5. saying you have no time to work out is just an excuse. wake up 10-15 minutes earlier and jump rope,do crunches, and a few pilates then do the same thing before you go to bed.

  6. cut back on what you eat, try to stick to proteins and veggies not too many carbs, you may not think you have time to work out but all you need it 1/2 hour a day
