Is there a way to mail things on the weekend?

Assuming the post office is closed. I have some Amazon.com products I have to ship out to customers. I just started the account last night, so I know nothing about shipping stuff.

depends where you live

the post office near here is open Saturday 9:30 am to 12 noon.

some others UPS/Fed ex are open weekends but will cost twice as much as the PO.
