Is there a way to make a completely free call to canada from the USA through a landline phone?

I want to be able to make a call to canada for free if at all possible without having to pay for it through a phone service or cell phone. Just a regular landline phone. Have free long distance through centrury tell but it doesn't cover canada. Any numbers or other ideas that can help me out with this. Thanks

Not a one! sorry,... that's the mobil phone catch!! you can use skype.com on your laptop,... talk to all my friends in Europe that way its FREE!!
