It is possible to extract Bio-Diesel from Jatropha seeds..  There are machinery manufacturers for this process in India.

Kitchen, may be not, but in your garage for sure.  There are companies that sell complete kits to make gallon quantities of bio-diesel.  The you have to find a source for the vegetable oil.
