  1. Apart from going downhill?

    You need a general fitness level to improve inany sport and to improve your speed other than throuigh training (assuming you dont loose fitness) is to do it mentally - visualise yourself going faster and winning.

    You could give yourself a better chanceby looking after your body, things like eating, sleeping and drinking well help, as dobeing in a good happy mood. Music canhelp with mood and thats why many joggers like to use ipods and things, and it gives them something to listen to - very few of them run to depressing music - its all uplifting stuff


  2. Yes, try pushing a large wheel, like a tracker wheel, whilst running in a straight line, olympic athletes i know have done this before

  3. YES! WHEN YOU HAVE CRACK PIPE OR NEEDLE IN YOUR HAND, AND I CALL POLICE, THEN! YOU WILL RUN FASTER FROM COPS!! ha! ha!! punk!
