Is there a way to make the tile floor in my bathroom shinier?

The tiles are circa 1940's--I am not sure they were every truly shiny---any way to make them shinier? Glisten, so to speak?

You cannot glaze tiles that are already set. You could try applying a wax, but then you will have safety issues.
