depends, if your good you can make anything. i made a 1/5 scale m4 sherman airsoft tank with nothing but 2x4's and plywood, and id it by myself with power saws

I don't know what "power saw" you are talking about. becouse every saw that plugs up is a power saw. But If you are talking about making it and only using 1 saw. I could do it with a Skill Saw alone. And it would be to hard to explain how to do it in here but you can buy plains for a armor from

I could build a armor with a Skill Saw but I would recommend

Skill Saw

Jig Saw

Tape Measure

Wood Glue

A pack of fine grade sand paper.

And

A nail gun or a hammer

and a box of 10 Penny band and 16 penny nails
