Is there a way to password protect certain files on join profile comps?

Is there a way I can have a downloaded game (conquer online) on my profile only.

The computer is for my personal use but supposed to be without any games. I have a password lock on my account so my mother cannot access it usually allthough there is an account separate that she can use.

At this moment the game is accessible to her profile as well as mine. I have tried accessing the security options of the folder(game) and denying her profile access but it doesnt seem to work.

We have windows vista on a brand new laptop (computer in question)

The game is Conquer Online, (can be found by googling conquer online and clicking the website co.91 [or similar] as i cannot remember entire website address.)

IS THERE A WAY TO PUT PASSWORDS ON FILES esp. GAMES! SO only I can access it?

Password protect folders and make files invisible.
