I have trend micro virus and antispyware protection and it tells me that the only threats on my computer are thorugh the temporary internet files. I delete them everyday and i'm sick of having my computer at risk and having to manually delete them everyday. I have windows vista and internet explorer, is there a way to not have your computer store your temporary internet files?

  1. Yes there is download ccleaner,It will make your pc clean as can be.

  2. Your not at risk. Protection programs are just sensitive to those sort of things, nothing to worry yourself about. You should be able to go into the setting of both programs and tell them not to scan for tracking cookies. I'm able to do it with the programs I use, so it wont even bring them up.

  3. You can do it this way.

    Caching Options(Internet Explorer):

    You can use the "Delete saved pages when browser closed" option in Internet Explorer to delete all cached Internet files when a user quits Internet Explorer. This option does not delete cookie information. Cookie information (which is usually small) is copied when the profile is saved. To use this option, follow these steps:

    1. In Internet Explorer, click Internet Options on the View (or Tools) menu.

    2. Click the Advanced tab.

    3. Under Security, click the "Delete saved pages when browser closed" or "Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed" check box to select it.

    4. Click OK.
