  7. yes you can. download a video converter. personaly, i use "all video converter" its simple to use unlike super video converter, and its free. okay so take your current video file, im assuming its probabaly.avi so you should change it to a "mobile ohone mpeg-4 (i know you want it on your ipod but changing it to this version works great)

    so you have your video converter. open the program and click "add video" find the video and clik it. on the oppistite side on the top there will be an option to choose what type of video you want it to become. click "encode" at the top beside "add video" and wait for it to finish. a 10 min video takes about 2 minutes for me.

  8. Get SUPER video converter, its got pre built codecs for ipods psp's or whatever.

    Google "super" it should be the first result.

    after it is converted you should be able to drag it or import it to itunes,

    itunes also has a video converter on it, but i hear it is slow and doesnt always work that well
