Is there a way to put pictures from your webcam onto Y!A?

Without using photobucket, tinypics, yahoo 360, etc. If there is, please give me step by step instructions! Thanks!!

depends if you want it for you default pic or just to post on the page. if its the second then im sorry to say you need a hosting site.

Yes, there is.. use the program that comes with your webcam to do a photo capture, and then, after you've gotten it saved, you can use it wherever you want to use it..
