  1. Just press cancel on that dialog box and your ipod will show up on the devices left pane. Click on it and check the "Manually manage music and videos" option and you can add songs to your ipod without erasing your stored contents.

But the next time you connect your ipod to your own iTunes, you will have to manually add everything again.

  2. Sadly no, you can't. Unless you hack or something, as far as I know.

If you put someones else's ipod (or your ipod, but with a different library on it) you transfer the library on your ipod (thus erasing the contents of YOUR ipod) and vice versa.

    Hope that helps!

  3. All you Have To do Is press Ctrl while you highlight the things that you want to add to your ipod and the drag them over to the icon of your ipod and the will start to sync. But make sure you hold Ctrl while you highlight the songs if there is more than one or it will not work

  4. I use the aniosoft iTunes backup tool, which can help to backup the itunes library, restore library to any computer and share itunes music with others, also it's easy to use and works great. You can have a look of below review site. It has detail introduction and provides free trial download.hope it useful.
