  1. I put those pails into the recycling pickup box along with everything else- there hasn't been a problem yet.

  2. Give them to homeless people. They may excellent portable toilets.

  3. I put them in the recycle bin unless I need a mop bucket or small storage container.  (I never throw away anything)

  4. You could paint the boxes (no-lead paint, of course) and use them as toy boxes or store magazines or keepsake items or anything you want to store.  Maybe even stack them and use as a bookcase!  They are quite durable.

  5. hi, a great way to help others is to trade for something you might like. I would love one of your kitty pails and if you need some coupons for example we could swap.  I personally use kizoodle it has a great variety of thing to receive from clothes of all ages and sizes to movies, music, cat toys =)  etc. Everything is free and when someone chooses one of your pails you get points called kizoodle points then use the points to get something you would like or just swap with someone.

when you sign up you can get 5 points using this promo code

  6. Indonesia has a project to convert any waste product into crude oil. Try it.

  7. I know a woman that covered the lids w/ material & I think she stuffed them so they were padded. They were used as stools, but also as magazine storage.

  8. They are excellent for moving or even storing fragile items, ei. figurines, cups and saucers, glassware, special dolls, Christmas balls, etc.

  9. I'm not sure about recycling those around here but we reuse ours. If you scoop your litter, keep it near the litter box, scoop into it and when it is full, you can throw it away. My husband uses it in his shop for various reasons, storage, garbage can, bucket to wash the car with. Just use it like you would any bucket. Also, we always ask friends and family if they could use it and you wouldn't believe how many people want one or more. My mother-in-law grew tomatoes in them!

  10. I use thes containers to keep my bird seed ,outside dog and cat food in. My husband also uses them in his shop to hold containers that may spill or old rags and such.
