Is there a way to reduce eye floaters without surgery? I had floaters in my eye two years ago and it seemed?

like they just went away but now they are back. Do they just come and go like that or did i do something with out realizing it to get rid of them?

According to my eye doctor, they are condensations in the gel inside the eye and they don't just go away.  You probably just didn't notice them.  There are times that I don't notice mine at all  and then they are back.  Normally I only see them if it's bright but they also did bother me more when I was at university and was doing a lot of reading.
