Is there a way to reformat a Blackberry?

I'm trying to reformat a BlackBerry® Pearl™ 8130, is there any way to do this?

You can wipe the device by going to Options > Security Options > General Settings. Press the menu key, then select Wipe Handheld. Make sure you have a backup of the device if you are going to need to restore any of the data to the device.

Also, make sure Content Protection is disabled, or the wipe can take a very long time. You can disable the Content Protection in the same area.
