  1. Exercise, sunlight, medication or just talking to someone.

  2. See your Doctor.

In the mean time try exercise. Work off your stress and depression, and anxiety.  They all seem to go together.

You can also try to figure out exactly what is depressing you.  If you can pinpoint a source for your depression -- fix it.

  3. anti-depressants and treatment could really help.

  4. exercise!

  5. u can use medication. u can wallow. which basically means just eat massive junk foods. well actually when u wallow also goes in the category of crying sooo. find something u enjoy doing . and i mean smg that really makes u happy. so that it can get ur mind off crying.

  6. Hi Iron

Crying is an expression of pain, and pain is an expression of anger not properly dealt with.  We don't express it because we either feel it's not safe or because we feel powerless.

Since you reflect that you are generally depressed, I would suggest that you look at the factors around that.

To raise some endorphines, assuming you have the energy, walking is a good one.  Exercise on the whole is good but by and large, most people who are depressed indicate that they're tired.  They have no energy for a lot of activity.

A gentle stroll will help.  That and a punching bag.
