Report them for what?  Do you mean they are classifying you as a contractor but you feel you should be classified as an employee?  Fill out form SS-8 and file it.

Sure, filling out SS8 will get the IRS attention. It will also get your employer's attention, since he will see it. He may fire you. If you are willing to risk that, go ahead.
