Is there a way to report an anti-equal opportunity website?

The website www.sugardaddie.com which has been aired on Dr. Phil and many other television show's is anti-homosexual and will delete your profile if you're looking for love as well and you're a homosexual. Is there a way to report websites like this to where since it does receive so much media it can show the negative side to it as well?

I think they prey on their foes while boosting their popularity at the same same time. There's really not a lot you can can do unless someones' civil liberties have been slandered.
