yeah...go download the new version of realplayer...it automatically allows you to download videos from youtube onto your desktop.

just make sure you go into full screen on youtube before pressing record button.

and save to desktop.

You can try liteCam, I've been using it for few months to record YouTube videos and pretty happy with it. I've tried several programs, and it works the best for recording short (5-20 minutes) streaming videos.
