Is there a way to see the video recorded on a small video tape if my camcorder broke?

It is not the kind of tape you would use in a VCR. It is about cassette-tape sized. I don't plan on getting that camcorder fixed anytime soon, because I have a newer one now. However, I just found one of the tapes that it used...and I want to see what is on it, either by making it into a DVD or hooking it up to the TV somehow. Is there a possible way to watch this film without fixing the camcorder?

If it's just the one single tape - you can have it transferred to a DVD for about $20.  Check with your local Ritz Camera.
