Yes. It's called the showdown.

But really: reputable poker sites...well...not even their administrators can see hole cards until after the showdown. (Poker Stars, for example.)

So...if you're playing on a reputable site, the answer is typically "no." The administrators spend lots of time and money preventing exploits like this because none of them want to be tagged as the next Absolute Poker.

If you can get your opponent do download a trojan, you can see everything on his computer, also his cards.

This have been done in high stakes online poker.

I think it is not possible, well unless you have a virus/trojan. But that needs lots of computer knowledge and is worth only when players are playing high stakes poker.
