Is there a way to send a letter sent from a different address than the one I reside at?

Ok I am sending a letter to someone that lives in say... Las Vegas. I live in New York but want the person I am sending to to believe I am in Washington D.C..

.. I know there are services to RECEIVE mail and

forward it to me, but what about bouncing a letter for me?

    I would think that in this day and age it would be hard to get a company to do something like that.  Never know...
