  1. Not really, I mean you'd basically be hacking into someone's machine.  And believe it or not, if they wanted to take you to court for it, they'd probably win.  I'd say that your best bet is to turn on your security and try to physically confront the leecher and express your grievance that way.

  2. If they have a firewall enabled which is pretty much by default these days you aren't gonna be able to use net send or anything kind of windows messaging.

So this will be pretty complicated and I'm not going to go into detail on everything, but if they are hopping on your net, they will be picking up an IP and DNS from your router.  You might be able to setup a hub to the outbound Internet port on your wireless router and then sniff the traffic, filter for their IP to try to determine where they are going for their home page.

Since they are using your router for DNS, then setup a static DNS server on your router in DHCP setup which points to a DNS server that you have setup that is open for them to hit where you modify the DNS for say www.google.com to an alternate IP that would be your web site that you would also have to setup and would have to be open for them to hit.

OK, now if you get all that setup, then given you've put your message on the redirected web page they'll get your message when the open up their browser.

A lot of work but you asked.....Good Luck, if you get it to work, that dude will freak......

  3. Yes, it is possible, but you must have either networking software that can provide this functionality, or knowledge of the Windows command prompt.  You will also need the IP address of the user you want to send the message to.  WinPopup (google it) has this functionality.

  4. Try printing a document to their printer. You'll have to join either MSHOME or WORKGROUP workgroup and search to see if they have a printer.

Have it say something like "Hey, gtfo my connection." or something.
