Is there a way to send cable tv signal wireless-ly or through the phone jack?

Question

I have a new apartment and there isn't a cable tv jack in either bedroom but there is one in the living room. Is there a way to send cable tv signal wireless-ly or through the phone jack? Also, I REALLY want to be able to watch different channels on different televisions at the same time.

I don't want to run cables and getting new cable jacks aren't options for me, so please don't suggest that! :)
